Refund Policy
Damaged items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If any items are defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing, please email shop@andasproductions.com immediately with your order number and a photo of the contents of your package so that we can evaluate the issue and make things right.
We replace damaged or missing items at no cost to you, and make every effort to do so expediently. In general, we do not accept returns or issue refunds.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order was shipped to an address in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without a justification.
To initiate a cancellation request, please email shop@andasproductions.com with your order number and a photo of the package (if received).
- If you cancel an order before it ships, you'll be refunded on your original payment within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- If you cancel an order after it ships, you'll need to return the items to us. Please note that to be eligible for a return, your order must be in the same condition that you received it: unused and in its original packaging. If your return is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back. We'll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method less the cost of the return shipping within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
